Legal Disclaimer

This is the legal and privacy policy of the Law Offices of Mark J. Linder, a Professional Corporation (“the Firm”). Unless otherwise indicated, the Firm’s attorneys are Not Certified as specialists by any State, Bar Association or governing body in the areas of practice listed on their biographies.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

In no circumstance does this Website, directly or indirectly (including by way of any correspondence by any means to or from the Firm) establish or intend to establish an Attorney-Client relationship between you and the Firm. While the Firm is available for consultation regarding legal matters, the act of sending electronic mail or messages to this law firm or submitting an Online Contact Form submission does not create an Attorney-Client relationship with the Firm.

The Firm is under no obligation to respond to your messages, and if a response is given, it is done solely as a courtesy. No legal advice will be given over the Internet, by telephone, fax, or otherwise before an Attorney-Client relationship is established. The Attorney-Client privilege will not protect your message, as you do not have an Attorney-Client relationship with the Firm solely as a result of your initial inquiry.

The only way to establish an Attorney-Client relationship with this office is to sign a written Engagement Agreement, which the Firm will prepare and provide to you. That Agreement describes the matter upon which you will have initially engaged the Firm to provide legal services and advice. You will be charged for professional services and advice pursuant to the Engagement Agreement.

If you choose to contact us through this website, you should be aware that any information transmitted electronically may not be secure.
